Sandhikharka Municipality Declares Public Mourning After Ward Chair’s Death

Sandhikharka Municipality has declared a one-day public mourning on Ashar 31, 2083, following the sudden demise of Ward Chair and Municipal Executive Member Rishav Adhikari.

Adhikari, who had been suffering from health issues for some time, passed away at the age of 61 on Tuesday morning at 6:00 am at Tiching Hospital in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu.

A meeting of the Municipal Executive held on Tuesday decided to observe a public mourning on Ashar 31, 2083, at all offices, ward offices, health posts, schools, and subordinate bodies under the municipality.
