1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Niriv, Nepal’s first search engine and internet portal. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Niriv’s website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Niriv.

Niriv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Eligibility and User Conduct
By using the Services, you agree that you will not:

Use of the Niriv Advertising platform is subject to Niriv’s Advertising Policy. Advertisers are solely responsible for:

Niriv’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for use of the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Niriv Corporation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any right of a third party
14. Termination
Niriv may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you:

- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse the Services or its underlying resources
- Fail to pay required fees for premium services
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Province 1, Nepal.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Niriv regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
