Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Ravi Lamichhane and Prime Minister Balaen Shah have entered the parliament session together. Before entering the session, they had a 5-minute discussion with Speaker DOL Prasad Aryal.

According to the secretariat source, Speaker Aryal was in his office at the parliament building. RSP Chairman Lamichhane and Prime Minister Balaen entered the parliament session from there. RSP Chairman Lamichhane usually sits in the Speaker’s office before entering the parliament session. He does not have a separate office.

Prime Minister Balaen also entered the Speaker’s office with Chairman Lamichhane. After a 5-minute meeting, Ravi and Balaen entered the parliament session together.

Today’s parliament session has a busy schedule, including the presentation of the annual report of the Judicial Council, the annual report of the Judicial Service Commission, and the 66th annual report of the Public Service Commission. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle will present a bill to amend and repeal some Nepal laws related to finance.

The agenda also includes the presentation of the Nepal Special Service Act, 2083, and the National Service Corps Bill, 2083, for clause-wise discussion in the relevant committee. Youth, Labor, and Employment Minister Ramji Yadav will present a proposal to approve the International Labor Organization’s Forced Labor Convention, 1930, and the Protocol of 2014.

The agenda also includes the approval of the International Labor Organization’s Labor Inspection Convention, 1947 (No. 81).
