The Bagmati Province government has decided to implement an online complaint filing system from Ashar 1 to make the process of refunding savings from troubled cooperatives more systematic.
Bagmati Province’s Minister for Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Vinu Raya Majhi Paudel, shared this information while speaking at a program to launch the refund of savings on Tuesday.
She stated that from Ashar 1, complaints can be filed online, and after investigating these complaints, the process of refunding the savings of depositors will move forward.
Minister Paudel also mentioned that the government will continue to provide continuity to the refund of cooperative savings and move it forward.
