Nepal Airlines Corporation Executive Chairman Maheshwor Bakth Shrestha has stated that he will make the corporation debt-free within the next three years.
After being appointed as the Executive Chairman, who will also be handling the duties of the Managing Director, Shrestha told the press, ‘My plan is to expand the corporation’s services to Europe, make it efficient, cost-effective, transparent, and business-like, and pay off the current debt to make it self-sufficient with its own income. I am fully committed to this.’
Challenging but Achievable
Executive Chairman Shrestha expressed his determination to make the corporation self-sufficient based on his experience, expertise, and connections, despite the challenges that come with the responsibility.
