Prime Minister Balen Shah is holding talks with representatives of the Nepal Handicrafts Federation today.

The discussion, scheduled for 11:30 am, aims to promote Nepal’s handicrafts and their expansion. According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, the meeting will take place at the Prime Minister’s Office in Singh Durbar.

Attendees

Attendees include Federation President Ravindra Shaky, Senior Vice-President Rajman Bajracharya, Vice-President Kiran Kumar Sthapit, Advisor Vikas Ratna Dhakwa, and top exporter Maheshwor Shrestha.

This is not the first time Prime Minister Shah has engaged in such discussions. Previously, he held collective talks with representatives of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Nepal Chamber of Commerce, and the Nepal Confederation of Industries.

He also met with representatives of the Nepal Builders’ Association, the Footwear Association, investors, and the Ready-Made Garments Association, among others. However, the Finance Minister and other relevant ministers were not included in these discussions.
