Nepal’s Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) (CPN-UML) has organised a memorial programme to mark the 48th memorial day of its founder Pushpa Lal.
The programme, which includes a discussion, is being held in the presence of CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli.
The discussion, themed ‘Role and Responsibility of Major Parties in the Protection of the Constitution and Consolidation of Democracy’, is being attended by CPN-UML leaders and other prominent figures, including Narayan Kaji Shrestha, a leader of the Communist Party of Nepal.
The event is being organised by the CPN-UML’s Province No 3 Committee.
