President Authenticates Three Bills

The President of Nepal, Ram Chandra Poudel, has authenticated three bills.

According to a statement released by the President’s Office spokesperson, Ritesh Kumar Shaky, the three important bills passed by the Federal Parliament were authenticated by President Poudel under Section 113, Subsection (2) of the Constitution.

The authenticated bills include the Appropriation Bill, 2083, the National Debt Bill, 2083, and the Finance Bill, 2083.

All three bills were authenticated on the same day, Ashar 29, 2083.

These bills, which were passed by both houses of the Federal Parliament and submitted for authentication, have now entered the implementation phase.

It is believed that a legal basis has been established for budget implementation for the upcoming fiscal year, government expenditure management, and revenue collection.
