The Nepal Rastra Bank has set the exchange rates for various foreign currencies for today, Shrawan 8.

According to the bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is set at 154 rupees 22 paisa, while the selling rate is 154 rupees 82 paisa.

The exchange rates for other major currencies are as follows: one European euro is set at 176 rupees for buying and 176 rupees 69 paisa for selling, one UK pound sterling is set at 206 rupees 22 paisa for buying and 207 rupees 02 paisa for selling, and one Swiss franc is set at 189 rupees 33 paisa for buying and 190 rupees 07 paisa for selling.

Other exchange rates include: one Australian dollar at 107 rupees 93 paisa for buying and 108 rupees 35 paisa for selling, one Canadian dollar at 109 rupees 51 paisa for buying and 109 rupees 94 paisa for selling, and one Singapore dollar at 119 rupees 51 paisa for buying and 119 rupees 97 paisa for selling.

The bank has also set the exchange rates for various other currencies, including the Japanese yen, Chinese yuan, Saudi Arabian riyal, Qatari riyal, Thai baht, UAE dirham, Malaysian ringgit, South Korean won, Swedish krona, Danish krone, Hong Kong dollar, Kuwaiti dinar, Bahraini dinar, Omani riyal, and Indian rupee.

The Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these exchange rates are subject to change as necessary and that commercial banks may set their own exchange rates, which may differ from the rates set by the central bank.
