Nepal Rastra Bank Calls for Tender for Rs 1 Billion Deposit Collection

Nepal Rastra Bank has called for a tender for the collection of deposits worth Rs 1 billion.

The central bank issued a notice today, calling for tenders for deposit collection. According to the notice, only ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ category banks and financial institutions licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank are eligible to participate in the tender.

When participating in the tender, the amount to be deposited and the proposed interest rate (up to four decimal places) must be specified. Bids can be placed in increments of Rs 10 million, with a maximum of Rs 50 million, until the total amount called is exhausted.
