A 40-year-old man has gone missing after being swept away by the Darau River in Nepal.
Shamsher Nepali, a resident of Jhyawa, was bathing in the river at Talphute Ghats in Ajirkot Municipality-4 when he was carried away by the strong current on Thursday afternoon.
According to DSP Raj Kumar Shrestha of the District Police Office in Gorkha, a search operation has been launched to find the missing man.
The incident occurred at around 1 pm on Thursday, and the search operation is still underway.
