Fires in Three Districts Cause NPR 7.4 Million in Damages

Fires in Mahottari, Kavrepalanchok, and Saptari districts have caused damages amounting to NPR 7.4 million.

In Mahottari, a fire broke out in a cowshed owned by Dinesh Yadav in Sonama Village Municipality-3, South Barbardi Tol, early this morning. The cowshed was completely destroyed, with damages estimated at around NPR 3 million, according to the police.

In Kavrepalanchok, a short circuit caused a fire in a cowshed owned by Laxman Dulal in Banepa Municipality-1, Dulal Village, on Tuesday night. The cowshed was completely destroyed, with damages estimated at around NPR 2.4 million.

According to the Police Headquarters, a fire broke out in a cowshed owned by Navaraj Basnet in Kanchanrup Municipality-6, Quarter Maleth, Saptari, on Tuesday night. The cowshed was completely destroyed, with damages estimated at around NPR 2 million.
