Two Women Attempt Suicide at Durga Prasai Event

Two women attempted to take their own lives at an event hosted by medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai in Kathmandu.

The incident occurred on Friday afternoon at the Everest Hotel in Kathmandu, where Prasai was speaking at an interaction programme with editors.

As Prasai was speaking, the two women suddenly stood up and began shouting, claiming they would commit suicide if their grievances were not addressed.
