Seth Rogen Ends Friendship with James Franco Over Misconduct Allegations

Seth Rogen has confirmed that his friendship with James Franco is over, following allegations of sexual misconduct against the actor. Rogen, who worked with Franco on several films, including Pineapple Express and The Interview, publicly distanced himself from his former collaborator in 2018.

At the time, five women, including four of Franco’s acting students, accused him of sexually inappropriate behavior. Although Franco denied the allegations, he later admitted to sleeping with students during his teaching career, which he acknowledged was wrong.

Rogen’s Stance on Abuse and Harassment

Rogen has stated that he despises abuse and harassment and would never cover or conceal the actions of someone guilty of such behavior. He also made it clear that he would not put anyone in a situation where they could be harmed by someone like Franco.

In recent comments, Rogen reiterated that he has not worked with Franco in years and has no plans to do so in the future. He also confirmed that he has not spoken to Franco in a long time, suggesting that the friendship is irreparably damaged.

Franco had previously expressed his love and appreciation for Rogen, stating that he had tried to repair their friendship but to no avail. Rogen’s recent remarks appear to confirm that the friendship is over for good.
