Sunsari. With the start of the monsoon season, the water flow in the Saptakoshi River is increasing. On Wednesday evening, the water flow at the Koshi Barrage reached 163,230 cusecs, according to Chandrabahadur Khadka, Deputy Superintendent of Police in Sunsari.
As the water level continues to rise, 21 gates of the barrage have been opened to manage the flow.
