Public Procurement Act Amendment to Boost State’s Spending Capacity: President Pandey

Nepal Construction Entrepreneurs’ Association President Nicholas Pandey has expressed confidence that the second amendment to the Public Procurement Act will benefit not only the construction industry but the entire state mechanism as well.

Speaking on the occasion of completing 100 days in leadership, President Pandey stated that the amendment will increase the state’s spending capacity.
