Nawalparasi. Paddy plantation in Nawalparasi (Bardghat Susta East) has gained momentum after sufficient rainfall this year. So far, 80 percent of paddy plantation has been completed in the district.
According to the Agriculture Knowledge Center, paddy plantation has been completed in around 14,800 hectares of land out of the total 18,500 hectares of land suitable for paddy cultivation in the district.
