Nepal’s Property Probe Commission has been forced to halt its work after the country’s Supreme Court issued an interim order on Wednesday.
Despite receiving property details from 12,000 people, the commission’s activities have been suspended for the past two days.
The order was issued by a single bench of Justice Nripdhwoj Niraula.
The commission’s work has been affected as a result, with all its activities coming to a standstill.
