Nepal Telecom has introduced an online service to replace lost or damaged SIM cards. The service, which began on Ashar 1, 2083, allows customers to fill out the required form from the comfort of their own homes.
Customers who have lost or damaged their physical or e-SIM cards can now easily obtain a new one by filling out the necessary details online.
