A motorcycle accident in Kapan, Kathmandu, has resulted in the death of one person. The incident occurred on Friday, Ashar 1, 2083, at around 9:04 pm.
According to the Metropolitan Traffic Police Office, a motorcycle with license plate number Ba. 87 Pa 6347 collided with another motorcycle with license plate number Bagmati Province-02-014 P 3562. The accident occurred when the two motorcycles crashed into each other while traveling in opposite directions.
The deceased, 24-year-old Kusan Sherpa, was a resident of Makalu Gaunpalika in Sankhuwasabha and was living in Kathmandu. He was riding the motorcycle with license plate number Ba. 87 Pa 6347.
The driver of the other motorcycle, 21-year-old Vinod Tamang from Sindhupalchok, was injured in the accident and is currently undergoing treatment.
