Kylie Jenner Sued by Former Chef Over Alleged Abuse and Miscarriage

Kylie Jenner, the reality TV star and businesswoman, is facing a lawsuit from a former private chef who claims she was subjected to grueling working conditions while pregnant, leading to a miscarriage.

The chef, who worked for Jenner from November 2024, alleged that she informed her supervisors she was three months pregnant and required certain accommodations. However, she claims she was still asked to perform physically demanding tasks, including transporting heavy food items across the street and uphill.

According to the lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the chef experienced extreme physical exhaustion and heaviness throughout her body after working a birthday party for one of Jenner’s children in February 2025. She allegedly broke down emotionally in the bathroom during the event and was hospitalized the following morning with hemorrhaging.

The chef claims she was told she had lost her unborn child and subsequently suffered severe depression. However, she alleges that she was reprimanded by a supervisor for upsetting Jenner.

The lawsuit further alleges that the chef was hospitalized again and agreed to relocate to New York, but her employer maintained that her communication about her medical condition and relocation was a voluntary resignation.

The chef is seeking unspecified damages from Jenner and her business management firm, Tri Star. This is the third lawsuit filed against Jenner by a former employee, with two former housekeepers also suing her over allegations of harassment.
