The Sunsari administration has stepped up its disaster preparedness efforts following a rise in water flow in the Saptakoshi River.
As part of this initiative, a team led by Chief District Officer Vasudev Ghimire and comprising heads of security agencies conducted an on-site inspection of the Koshi Barrage.
The inspection aimed to assess the situation and ensure that the barrage is secure and functioning properly.
