Jeff Franklin, the creator of the popular television show Full House, has put his Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $45m.
The 21,000-square-foot property has been listed several times in the past, including last year when it was priced at just under $50m. Despite its luxurious amenities, the house has failed to attract a buyer, with many potential purchasers expressing interest in renting the property instead.
The mansion boasts an array of lavish features, including nine bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, a 75-yard pool with waterfalls, a movie theater, billiards room, hair salon, and a gym. The property also has a garage that can accommodate 16 cars and offers stunning views of Los Angeles.
The land on which the mansion stands has a notorious history, having been the site of the 1969 Manson Family murders, in which actress Sharon Tate and several others were killed. However, the house where the crime took place was demolished in 1994 and replaced by the current property.
The listing is being handled by Bennett Bidwell and Adam Rosenfeld of Resident Group.
