China has denied allegations of interfering in the US presidential election and collecting information on millions of American voters.
The Chinese embassy in Washington said that China has always adhered to the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries.
"The US presidential election is an internal matter of the US, and its outcome is determined by the American people," a spokesperson said.
China has repeatedly denied similar allegations made by the US, Australia, Canada, and the UK in the past.
The spokesperson added that China will not interfere in the US presidential election in the future.
