Andy Burnham Set to Become UK Prime Minister

Andy Burnham is set to be formally confirmed as the new leader of the UK’s ruling Labour Party and the country’s next Prime Minister at a special conference on Friday.

As the Labour Party holds a clear majority in parliament, Mr Burnham is expected to take office at 10 Downing Street on Monday.
