The US Central Command (CENTCOM) has claimed that it launched a seventh consecutive night of airstrikes in Iran, targeting energy infrastructure and other military sites.

According to a statement released by CENTCOM, the latest attack targeted military infrastructure, surveillance sites, underground weapon storage facilities, and maritime capabilities.

The operation involved fighter jets, drones, warships, and other military assets. CENTCOM stated that over 50,000 US military personnel are deployed in the Middle East and are prepared for further attacks.

CENTCOM also denied claims by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and reported that two oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz were attacked by Iranian mines, resulting in explosions.

Earlier, CENTCOM announced the start of a new wave of attacks, stating that the goal of the operation is to weaken Iran’s military capabilities.
