Supreme Court Sees Petition Against Nepal Airlines CEO Appointment

Kathmandu. A writ petition has been filed at the Supreme Court against the appointment of Maheshwor Bakht Shrestha as the Executive Chairman of Nepal Airlines (Nepal Airline Corporation).

The government has been accused of violating existing laws and standards by making an illegal appointment as the Executive Chairman.
