A triple vehicle collision occurred on the Mugling-Narayangadh road section in Chitwan, Nepal, injuring 26 people. The incident happened on Sunday, Ashar 3, 2083, at around 7:10 am.
A bus with license plate number Lu. Pr. 03-001 Kha 0505, heading from Kathmandu to Dang, collided with another bus with license plate number M. Pr. 03-002 Kha 732, traveling from Sarlahi to Kathmandu. A truck with license plate number Ba. Pr. 03-001 Kha 1671, also traveling in the same direction, was also involved in the accident.
The injured passengers were rescued and taken to Bharatpur for medical treatment. The road section, which was blocked due to the accident, has been cleared, and traffic has resumed.
The police are investigating the incident further.
