Three large industries in the Bara-Parsa corridor have been fined 1 million rupees by the Jitpursimara Sub-Metropolitan City.

The industries, Hulas Steel Industry Limited, Ganpati Oil Industry, and Nandan Ghee and Oil Industry, were fined for violating environmental regulations.

According to the city’s Environment and Disaster Management Branch, the industries were found to be releasing industrial waste, oil, and chemicals into the environment without proper treatment.

The city has given the industries seven days to pay the fine and take corrective measures to address the environmental concerns.

The fine was imposed after the city received complaints from local residents about the pollution caused by the industries.

The residents had complained that the industries were releasing toxic waste into the nearby river, which was affecting their health and livelihood.

The city has warned the industries that if they fail to pay the fine and take corrective measures, further action will be taken against them.

The fine is seen as a significant step towards addressing the environmental concerns in the region.
