Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has issued a writ of habeas corpus to release former CPN (UML) lawmaker Laxmi Mahato Koiri.
A joint bench of Justices Kumar Regmi and Shreekanta Paudel ordered the release of Koiri.
Former lawmaker Koiri was detained on Ashar 29, 2083.
