The Pirthivi Highway has reopened after a landslide that had blocked the road was cleared. The highway was closed due to a landslide in the Tigrang mine area of Benighat Rorang municipality in Dhading district.
The road was reopened at 4 am today after the landslide was cleared, and traffic has resumed in both directions. The Dhading District Administration Office had previously halted all traffic on the highway due to the risk of landslides.
The highway was completely blocked due to the continuous landslide from above, and the administration had stopped all traffic until further notice. However, after the road was made safe, the highway reopened at 4 am today.
