Nepal’s Left Alliance Forms New Government in Provinces

A new agreement has been reached between the CPN-UML and the CPN-Maoist Centre to form a government in the provinces, following the Nepali Congress’s decision to withdraw from the power-sharing agreement.

The Nepali Congress has also expressed its dissatisfaction with the agreement, saying it will not participate in any government that is formed without its involvement.
