Nepal’s national kabadda team has suffered a third consecutive defeat in the ongoing Kabadda Championship in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The team was defeated by host nation Pakistan in a straight set, with scores of 25-14, 25-18, and 25-10 at the Garrison Jinnah Sports Complex.

This loss marks Nepal’s third consecutive defeat in the championship, with the team still winless. Pakistan, on the other hand, has secured its third win and is currently at the top of the table with 9 points.

Pressure Mounts on Nepal

Nepal is under pressure to win its remaining two league matches against Uzbekistan and Bangladesh to keep its semifinal hopes alive.

The championship features six teams from Central Asia, with the top four teams advancing to the semifinals after the league stage.

Nepal will face Bangladesh on Sunday and Uzbekistan on Monday.

The championship will resume on Saturday, with no matches scheduled for Friday.
