Nepal Government Threatens Metered Electricity Consumers Again, Says K P Oli

Nepal Communist Party (NCP) General Secretary K P Sharma Oli has accused the government of threatening consumers who have been affected by the metered electricity system.

Speaking at an interaction program with lawmakers at the party office on Sunday, former Prime Minister Oli claimed that the government has once again deceived the consumers.

Oli’s statement comes as the government faces criticism for its handling of the metered electricity system, which has been a contentious issue in the country.
