A collision between a motorcycle and a scooter in Kapan, Kathmandu, has resulted in the death of one person.
The incident occurred near Bhrikuti Chowk around midnight. The scooter driver, who was seriously injured in the accident, died while undergoing treatment, according to the police.
The identity of the deceased is yet to be confirmed, and further details of the accident are still unknown.
According to the police, 14 accidents occurred in the Kathmandu Valley in the past 24 hours, leaving 16 people with minor injuries.
