Man dies from electric shock at Dhulikhel hotel

A 30-year-old man has died after being electrocuted at a hotel in Dhulikhel, Kavre. The incident occurred when a speaker wire short-circuited at the Himalayan Drishya Hotel in Dhulikhel Municipality-3.

According to the police, the victim, Denish Pradhan, was a resident of Satungal, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-21. He was employed at the Annapurna Cable Line in Satungal.

Pradhan was taking photos when the speaker wire short-circuited, causing him to receive an electric shock. He was seriously injured and died while undergoing treatment at the Dhulikhel Hospital.

The police are currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
