A 35-year-old man has died after being hit by a tipper in Chitwan. The victim, Manoj Parajuli, was a resident of Madhyabindu Municipality-6.
According to DSP Rameshwar Paudel, chief of the District Police Office, Chitwan, Parajuli died while undergoing treatment at Chitwan Medical College (CMC).
The incident occurred on Friday at around 3:30 pm when a tipper (Ga 1 Kha 4881) heading towards Gaundai from Pulchok, Bharatpur Metropolitan City-3, hit Parajuli, who was walking on the road.
Parajuli succumbed to his injuries on Saturday. The police have taken the tipper and its driver under control.
