Within a month, the lock-in period of shares of six companies will come to an end. This includes shares of founders, mutual funds, employees, and affected locals.
Once the lock-in period ends, these shares can be bought and sold at market value. According to the rules, the share registrar company must issue a public notice one month prior to the end of the lock-in period.
Lock-in Periods of Various Companies
From today, Wednesday, the lock-in period of 1,290,169 units of shares of Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydro Power will come to an end. This includes shares of founders, locals, and employees.
Solu Hydro Power’s 500,000 units of shares allocated to mutual funds will have their lock-in period end on Ashar 11. Similarly, Bhujung Hydro Power’s 50,000 units of shares allocated to mutual funds will have their lock-in period end on Ashar 26.
A total of 2,846,525 units of shares of Upper Lohore Khola will have their lock-in period end on Ashar 28. This includes shares of founders, locals, and employees.
Reliable Nepal Life Insurance’s 37,157,120 units of shares will have their lock-in period end on Ashar 30. This includes shares of founders and employees, which will lead to a significant increase in the company’s share numbers.
Hotel Forest’s 200,000 units of shares allocated to mutual funds will have their lock-in period end on Bhadra 3.
