Kathmandu. In the ongoing case against CPN-UML leader and former Finance Minister Vishnu Paudel, who is accused of property laundering, Chunnuprasad Paudel and Kamal Kishor Malpani, directors of Shree Ram Towak’s company, have been summoned as government witnesses.
The Department of Money Laundering Investigation has summoned the two witnesses to testify in the case against Paudel.
Deepak Bhatt, another defendant in the case, is also expected to appear in court.
The case against Paudel and Bhatt has been ongoing, with the prosecution presenting evidence to support the charges of property laundering.
