Kathmandu. The Judicial Council has recommended the transfer of 50 high court judges and 157 district court judges.
The council’s meeting on Thursday made the recommendation for the transfer of judges along with the appointment of presidents and law members at special courts, labor courts, and revenue tribunals.
The council has also recommended the transfer of high court judges to different high courts and district court judges to different districts.
The transfer of judges is expected to be implemented soon.
