The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has reported moderate to heavy rainfall in Tilottama, Rupandehi, and Baldengadi, Palpa, and has urged local residents to exercise high caution.
The department made the request after the areas experienced heavy rainfall, with the rain gauge stations in the regions recording significant precipitation.
According to the department, the rain gauge station in Tilottama recorded 40 millimeters of rainfall, while the station in Baldengadi recorded 60 millimeters, between 12:50 pm on Sunday and 12:50 pm on Monday.
The department has advised the public to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
