The highly anticipated final match of the FIFA World Cup 2026 will be broadcast live and free of charge on Nepal Television’s NTV Plus channel.
Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Vikram Thapa, announced that the channel will air the final match without any additional charges, allowing Nepali viewers to watch the decisive game for the world’s top football title.
Given the high interest in the World Cup among Nepali football fans, the government’s decision to broadcast the final match for free is expected to benefit a large number of viewers.
NTV Plus had also broadcast the match for third place between France and England for free.
