Bagmati Province government has established a ‘Hello CM’ cell with the objective of understanding and resolving the problems faced by the province’s residents.
The cell, equipped with advanced technology, will address the problems, complaints, and suggestions of the citizens within seven days, according to Province Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Prabhat Tamang.
The provincial government has also made budgetary arrangements for the development and implementation of an online project monitoring system to track the physical and financial progress of all programs run by the province.
Furthermore, the government has prepared to establish a Province Research and Training Institute Center to operate all types of training provided to provincial and local level representatives and employees through a single window system.
Law Translation and Implementation
The government has also allocated funds to study and analyze the implementation status of policies and laws formulated by the provincial government.
Additionally, the government has prioritized the translation of laws that have been identified but not yet translated, with the aim of declaring the fiscal year 2083/84 as the ‘Law Translation Year’.
Local Governance and Development
The government has also continued the Province and Local Governance Strengthening Program to enhance coordination between the federal, provincial, and local levels.
A special program, the ‘Municipal Human Development and Economic Transformation Program’, has been launched targeting local levels that are lagging behind in human development indicators, with a budget allocation of Rs 4.49 crore.
