25 Vehicle Accidents in Kathmandu Valley in 24 Hours, One Dead

Kathmandu Valley witnessed 25 vehicle accidents in the past 24 hours, resulting in one fatality and two serious injuries.

According to the Metropolitan Traffic Police Office, Ramshah Path, a motorcyclist died in a collision between two motorcycles near SS Chowk in Bhaktapur last night at around 12:15 am. The victim’s identity is yet to be confirmed, and details of the injured are also pending.

During the same period, 721 drivers were taken into custody for violating traffic rules. Additionally, 113 individuals were detained by the police for suspicious activities in various locations across the valley, and are currently under investigation.
