American Secretary of State Marco Rubio has stated that the US is ready to engage in talks and reach an agreement to end the ongoing crisis with Iran.
However, Rubio also claimed that Iran does not appear to be taking the matter seriously.
According to BBC Persian, Rubio expressed his views on the US-Iran tensions during a meeting of foreign ministers from Southeast Asian countries.
‘The US is still ready to negotiate with Iran to end the crisis, but Iran is not serious about negotiations,’ Rubio said.
