Tia Mowry and her ex-husband Cory Hardrict have reached a new agreement over custody of their two children.
According to court documents, the agreement stipulates that neither Tia nor Cory will visit the other’s home without an invitation or for a pre-arranged custody exchange.
The deal also allows Cory to spend time with the children during Tia’s custodial periods, provided that both children are present, unless exceptional circumstances prevent this.
Furthermore, Cory has agreed to return the children to Tia by 9pm when his custodial time ends.
Tia and Cory’s divorce was settled in 2023, with the couple agreeing to share joint legal and physical custody of their children. Tia initially filed for divorce in 2022.
