A contestant on the Netflix reality show ‘The Ultimatum: Marry or Move’ has been arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, who also appeared on the show.
Blake Robertson was taken into custody in October 2025 at a business in Nacogdoches, Texas, following an incident involving his girlfriend Hayley Hendrich.
However, according to Blake’s attorney, Sean Hightower, the case was ‘rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged’. Hayley also confirmed that she declined to have charges pressed.
Hayley said she had private conversations with Blake about the incident but believes accountability needs to be taken publicly as well.
The incident occurred after filming for season 4 of the show had wrapped. The season, which was filmed in the spring of 2025, was released on Netflix and saw Blake and Hayley enter the show together, with Blake giving Hayley an ultimatum as he believed the logical next step for them was marriage.
However, Hayley was reluctant, wanting more emotional vulnerability from Blake. The couple swapped partners during the show, with Blake pairing up with Ashley Wilson and Hayley with Killian Grondin, but ultimately left the season together.
Fans will learn more about their fate during the Season 4 reunion next week.
