Nepal’s Ruling Party Accused of Vengeful Actions

Nepal’s ruling party has been accused of taking vengeful actions against its opponents, which have been deemed futile and unsuccessful. This comes after the Special Court ordered the release of CPN-UML Vice President Vishnu Paudel on a general date.

CPN-UML leader Pradeep Gyawali expressed his reaction on Facebook on Friday evening, stating that the government’s vengeful actions are proving to be unsuccessful. He claimed that the government has been trying to defame various leaders, businessmen, and employees through media trials and false information, and has been exerting pressure on constitutional and other investigative bodies to prolong investigations and file malicious cases against them.

Gyawali also stated that the series of political revenge continues. He sarcastically commented that reading media coverage of the invisible group’s activities in Singh Durbar, where laws are being taken into their own hands, is enough to make one’s hair stand on end.
