Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, chairman of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP), expressed his condolences over Pandey’s demise.
‘Pandey’s contributions to Nepal’s peace process, establishment of a democratic republic, and his advocacy for civil liberties, good governance, and human rights will always be remembered with respect in Nepali history,’ Dahal said.
