A suspect in the murder of 51-year-old Rupa Limbu has been arrested in Panchthar. The suspect, 38-year-old Krishna Bahadur Limbu, is from the same area where the crime took place in Athrai Gaunpalika-6, Tehrathum.
According to the police, Krishna Bahadur Limbu had fled the scene after attacking Rupa Limbu with a khukuri on Thursday. He was arrested in a hiding place in Sumlibung, Hilihang-5, Panchthar.
Panchthar Police Chief DSP Anish Karna said the suspect has been sent to the District Police Office in Tehrathum for necessary action.
